Visual identity, website design, and implementation: Digital transformation of a local tire service in Ruda Śląska
A project in which I was responsible for the visual identity, website design, and implementation: a solid, end-to-end process. How do you bridge the gap between a traditional tire service and modern user expectations? In this case study, I showcase the process of building a digital presence for Ruda Wulkanizacja based on solid research data. I followed the full design path, ensuring every interface element addresses specific customer concerns. The final product combines aesthetics with maximum usability. It’s proof that a strategic UX approach can transform a local business.

Transitioning from a dark design system to a light one and designing entirely new, unique analysis screens
As part of a collaboration with a California-based startup, I redesigned the entire design system for ReadyUp: a platform operating within the Fortnite Creative ecosystem. The work involved building a light mode from scratch and revamping the existing dark mode to align with the platform's new visual direction. Additionally, I continuously refined the app's newly developed features and screens while also designing entirely new ones.

Information architecture and WCAG 2.1 for a home builder's website (redesign)
Trudzia builds turnkey houses near Wrocław. Their marketing team arrived with a 24-page brief that prescribed the layout page by page, and asked for a landing page for the one service that had none. I redesigned 16 views on top of it: a rebuilt navigation, a design system and documentation for an external development team, checked against WCAG 2.1. In four places I proposed something different and argued for it.

How I can support your team
I provide ongoing UX/UI support for agencies, startups and growing product teams. I can join an existing workflow, take ownership of delegated design tasks and help develop the product consistently as priorities and requirements evolve.
Ongoing product design support
Designing new screens, features, user flows and responsive interfaces within an existing product. I can take over ongoing tasks, additional workload and iterative improvements while maintaining consistency with the current product direction.
Audits and interface optimization
Reviewing existing products for usability issues, inconsistent patterns, accessibility concerns and unnecessary friction. I provide prioritized recommendations and design practical improvements to existing screens and journeys.
UX/UI from problem to handoff
Turning business requirements and user needs into information architecture, user flows, wireframes, high-fidelity interfaces and interactive prototypes. I prepare organized, implementation-ready files and collaborate with developers throughout delivery.
Design systems and delivery support
Creating and extending components, variants and reusable libraries in Figma. I support documentation, design consistency, developer handoff and design QA as the product is implemented and developed further.
Need ongoing UX/UI support?
Let’s make your product easier to use — and your design workload easier to manage. I support agencies and growing teams with new features, interface improvements, design systems and Webflow implementation through flexible, long-term B2B cooperation.
How we work together
Every collaboration is different, so I adapt my process to your team, tools and priorities — but in most cases, we begin with the following steps.
01.
Intro call and brief
We start with a short call to discuss your product, current challenges and the type of support your team needs. I review the available materials, clarify the scope and make sure we share the same understanding of the expected outcome.
Based on the brief, I define the first tasks, priorities and deliverables. Before starting, I provide an estimated number of hours so you know what to expect and can approve the scope.

Design and delivery
work on the agreed priorities within your existing workflow, keeping communication clear and the process easy to follow. Progress and next steps are reviewed regularly, so the scope can adapt as priorities change.
I track my working time and provide a clear monthly report. Once the completed hours are approved, I issue an invoice based on the actual time spent.
